Health and Safety Training: One Day Modules

These are for employers wishing to cost-effectively expand their health and safety management systems and invest in developing their employees health and safety skills further.

Each course contains a dynamic mix of practical activities in the workplace, presentations and learning exercises. The greatest benefit to the employer is gained when the the participants carry out the practical activities in their place of work, which is done during the training day.

COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) Assessor

Participants will leave with the ability to carry out and advise on safe substance handling

Risk Assessor

Participants will leave with the ability to carry out general risk assessments

Manual Handling Assessor

Participants will leave with the ability to perform manual handling risk assessments

Safety Representatives (non-union)

Participants will leave ready to represent the workforce on H&S issues and support in the pro-active communication of these throughout the organisation
